Restoring and Testing Classical BMW r80rt by BOB'C.
Besides the main 3 points, we usually work on, which are Custom Motorcycle Design, Custom Motorcycle Build and Custom Motorcycle Fabrication, BOB'C also enjoys Restoring and Rebuilding the motorcycles to their Classical and Original Build and Glory!

- BMW r80rt
- Engine year - 1980
Please check the video of the BMW r80rt which has been classically restored by BOB'C.
The work done on this bike included:
- Frame stripped and sandblasted, afterwards powder coated.
- Engine and gearbox vapour blasted and cleaned internally.
- All the oil line passages, even the smallest internal bits, everything were checked inspected cleaned or replaced if needed.
- Piston rings were replaced, all valve guides, valve rehoned and inspected, new valve springs, new time chained and timing gears, new main bearings, seals and gaskets.
- New clutch and main seal put in.
- Gearbox, all seals and gaskets were replaced and rechecked.
- Electrical wiring was all rechecked, cleaned and retested. We brought it back to its original state.
- Exhaust all cleaned and polished.
- Carburettors were inspected and tuned in their original state.
- Wheels are vapour blasted, silver-painted and lacquer.
